If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, please contact our offices as soon as you receive it. We require clients to make their decisions quickly, however we do provide a window of no more than 14 days from the date of receiving the item or items. Clients are responsible for the shipping fees, and are responsible for insuring the item or items for their invoiced price. Refunds will be made upon arrival of those returns in the form by which the original payment was received, or the funds may be left on credit towards future purchases.
